As a new user logging into PodOps Hosting for the first time, you will initially see a dashboard ready for your podcasting journey.

At the top of the screen, click on Create a Podcast. A pop-up will appear with a text box where you can enter the name of your brand-new podcast and select your plan. Next, click on Create!

It's important to note that if you've selected the Free Plan, episodes expire 30 days after being uploaded. You can Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to prevent episodes from being deleted. Once deleted, an episode cannot be recovered.

All podcasts begin in Draft mode. To access your podcast, click the three dots on the right to expand the menu, then click Manage.

Pro Tip: You can quickly publish/unpublish your podcast with the Publish toggle.

Clicking Manage launches the Podcast Management Portal. Across the top of the page, you'll notice new navigation, specifically for your podcast.

By default, you are in the Podcast Info section. Here, you can upload your show's podcast cover art and website banner, as well as populate all the important information about your show. All required fields need to be populated to ensure your podcast works with external directories and can be saved.

Click Save at the bottom of the screen when you have finished making updates.

You have now created the basic information for your first podcast and can move on to uploading content!
