Schedule an Episode
From the main dashboard click Podcast in the left navigation, click the Manage or the title of the podcast you are planning to schedule an episode for, and from the top navigation click Episodes.
New Episode: Click Upload a New Episode and follow the on-screen prompts to add content.
Existing Episode: Click the pencil icon to open the episode editor.
Be sure to populate all required episode content. On the right side of the page you’ll find a selection bar to set the specific date and time to publish your episode.
Note: The calendar and time selection tool will look slightly different depending on your browser.
Click Save at the bottom of the page once finished.
Publish an Episode Immediately
From the main dashboard click Podcast in the left navigation, click the Manage or the title of the podcast you are planning to schedule an episode for, and from the top navigation click Episodes.
New Episode: Click Upload a New Episode and follow the on-screen prompts to add content.
Existing Episode: Click the pencil icon to open the episode editor.
Be sure to populate all required episode content. On the right side of the page select the checkbox to Publish Now.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to publish your episode.
Note: Deselect this option and save to unpublish an episode.
Bonus Method to Publish
If you have an episode that has not been published or is scheduled to be published, there is an additional way you can publish or schedule your episode.
Within the Episodes section, click on the title of your unreleased episode to launch the episode web page.
On the right side of the page, you will note a box. Here you can toggle the episode to publish now, or select a date and time to publish in the future.
Why would you use this? If you are customizing your episode web page with an episode-specific podcast cover and/or page banner, we want to ensure you have the ability to publish without adding extra clicks.
Note: Once an episode is live, you can also toggle the episode off to unpublish.
