You’ve done the hard part and recorded a new episode and you’re ready to share it with the world. Here are the steps to upload a new episode to your podcast.
Upload a New Episode
From the dashboard click Podcast in the left navigation, click the Manage or the title of your podcast and then click Episodes in the top navigation.
From the Episodes tab, you'll see previously uploaded episodes. Click Upload Episode to launch the Audio/Video pop-up. (Note: If you are an older plan, or the free plan, the screen may look different, and include a counter displaying your monthly upload limitations.)
Select audio or video for the type of file you plan to upload. (PodOps' RSS Feeds can support both file types in a single podcast!) Is video not available? You may need to upgrade your plan.
For both audio and video, the Episode interface is the same. Drag and drop your episode file into the upload area or click the button to choose an audio file from your desktop.
We support most file types. Click here to learn more about them.
After selecting your file, a progress bar will appear as the upload begins. The length of time will vary based on the size of your file.
New Episode Details
While your file is processing, you will be able to enter the episode details. Add your episode Title, Summary Transcript, Episode Number and Season, Episode Type, as well as Artist and Guest(s).
Click Save when you finish entering details. Click back to return to the Episodes page.

Pro Tip!
Spend time editing your audio and video files to ensure your episodes sound great. Take an extra moment to double-check there are no typos in your episode information. Some listeners are quick to listen and visit your podcast website. This will help them have the best possible experience!
